Description

Octane Design, LLC was engaged to complete the ground up new parking lot for Wells Fargo at their Rose Garden Call Center Facility. The purpose for this new parking lot for the expansion of the Wells Fargo team, bringing team members over from California. This project featured steel canopies, new drywell, new block perimeter walls, lush new landscaping and automated security gate for employee security and safe access. This project was complete on time and within budget.
